Values AT Work Ezine May 2006 Edition # 1
Hi and welcome to our latest newsletter,
What an exciting start to 2006 we have had, a new book, new products and a world first in the launch of our Values Aligned Organisation Award.
We are delighted to continue with our reputation of pioneering values methodologies and adding value to organisations committed to resourcing humans rather than just treating them as human resources.

Frequently Asked Values Question
Q: Can personal values change over time?
A: Yes they can and do change for many people either through circumstances or by choice. However some people may find they have many of the same values for their entire life as an adult.
Personal Values Tip;
Look at your top three values off your Finding True North Top 9 values report. (If you don't have one for 2006 we need to talk). For the next five weeks, at the end of the week evaluate each of your three values on a scale of 1-5, indicating how effectively and consistently you have lived the values this week.
