Finding the path from within, June 21, 2004
Reviewer: BillKakasiouris (Australia) - See all my reviews
After years of reading about the importance of being true to yourself and the link to happiness, I came across this book and (Values at Work by same author). The book is designed to help you discover your personal values and apply them to your life. What I liked about it, was it didn't expend energy trying to convince me on the importance of living values through other people's examples. It gives you a framework and some practical exercises to help you discover your own.

Great Book, Life changing experience and highly recommended to everyone.

Leading through Values - Linking Company Culture to Business Strategy
Book Review | by Raj Thomson, Editor | Human Resources Magazine | April 2006

Do values change over time? It's a good question and one that anyone who took some time to respond could elaborate on in some detail.
According to Leading through Values, the answer is simple. Yes, values do change, "simply as a result of ageing or maturing and life changes".  Clearly then, values within organisations evolve, sometimes for the better, and occasionally for the worse as staff come, go, remain for long periods or a few years.
