Who We Are

We are Corporate Anthropologists. Founded by Michael Henderson, Shar Henderson and Dougal Thompson, Values AT Work specialises in providing our clients with pioneering values methodology for developing their ability to:

- Engage their employees with the organisation and their role within it.

- Align their business strategies with their various organisational cultures.

- Define, understand, measure, and work effectively with their organisational cultures.

- Provide a more meaning-full work place for their employees.

We are founding members of Minessence Foundation, a values research centre, which gives us access to leading edge research and thinking, in values and values application.

We are continually researching and developing insights into the influence and application of values alignment and have over 30 years collective experience and knowledge in values, the development of values alignment methodology and the design of values aligned learning programmes.
